He was also extremely accessible by phone and text, making communication easy. Zach was approachable, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. He even helped me save hundreds of dollars by getting GAP coverage through Erie rather than purchasing it through the car dealership. I highly recommend working with him!
